How come in old movies it's fuzzy? And when they like close a door, not a sound or click is to be heard... I just think that's worthy of yzayness. (my new Oscar meaning word)

Do you mean when a girl is on screen? Sometimes they purposefully made the camera lens blurry in order to make a girl look more glamorous. Speaking about closing doors, I can't think of a movie that doesn't make a sound when that happens. They probably didn't have a foley artist in that case. (A foley artist makes all the sounds in a movie that you cannot record while the actors are on set, such as footsteps and the sound of a door closing)

Random Fact: Black and white and color came out around the same time. Black and white was prefered however since it was less grainy looking (along with other random technical factors).

Because now is the age where computer technology is booming and everyone wants to see violence, romance, action with big effects in color. They want it to look more realistic. Although, there have been recent films that have been in black and white. (Ex. Good Night and Good Luck)

Oh yeah, I saw that film as well. I think it looked really effective in B&W.

Yes. I know there is another one, I can't remember what it was, but it was nominated for best cinematography as well.

Then it would just tell me I forgot something but not tell me what I forgot. How would that help if I already knew I forgot something?
